Delivery times & charges

UK,CI,IOM,BFPO (2-5 days): £3.95

Europe (5-10 days)*: £4.00

Rest of the world (12-14 days): Depends on weight and Location*

Delivery inlcudes posting & packing, but not giftwrapping.
All items under 1kg will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. All items over 1kg will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.
If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please specify this in your message. There will be an additional charge for this, depending on weight. This will be charged to your card when the item is sent. The maximum additional cost for guaranteed next day delivery is £ 19.45. We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service for this.

If there is a delay with the despatch of your order, we will call you or e-mail, so you can let us know if you would still like to go ahead with your order. We will not charge you until the goods have left our warehouse .

*Overseas orders

We provide a secure delivery service to most international destinations.
For all our orders overseas, we charge a minimum of £4 for air mail delivery up to 500g, which is fully insured. Any additional charge will then be dependent on the weight of the package. We ensure that all costs are kept to a minimum, and add this to your order at the point of despatch. If however, the extra charge for delivery amounts to more than £8, we will e-mail you for your approval, before proceeding.

Each parcel contains an up-to-date delivery note/sales receipt, listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send some of your order. Keep this until you are satisfied with everything.

Exchanges & returns

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packing costs, unless goods are deemed to be faulty.

You can return your order for any reason, and at any time within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in perfect condition with labels and packaging attached. Unless you notify us within 10 working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods, except where they are faulty. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and seals intact, in re-saleable condition, at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

There is no need to e-mail or telephone beforehand

We recommend you use 'recorded delivery' so you have proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

We will e-mail to confirm your return has been received and processed

If a refund is required, your credit/debit card will be credited within 10 days of receiving your goods.

If the item you are returning is a gift, please understand that we will need to contact the original card payer to authorise any refund

Faulty goods

If you are returning an item that is faulty, please state the fault clearly on the returns form, and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.

Legal statement on returns

Returning any item you have purchased from Miju Miju within 10 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). The goods we send to you are provided on approval, and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 10 day post delivery period has expired. When you return goods to us, Miju Miju will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods, (this does not include the cost of any postage), or exchange the goods as required. You must however, return the goods to Miju Miju on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

MijuMiju cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions shown on the website. Customers" statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

The products we are offering for sale on this website are directed solely at residents of the European Union. Miju Miju does not make any representation that any products or services referred to on the website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws, where applicable. British law and taxes will be complied with for any product purchased on this site, where applicable.

Accuracy

All prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. We have been very careful to ensure we have described all the items on the website as accurately as possible using current technology, but very small variations in the actual goods may occur, especially as your computer monitor may not accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

Availability

All the items are sold to you, subject to being available - we will make every effort to try and obtain the goods you have ordered where a size/item may have sold out. We will inform you as soon as possible, by e-mail, where an item is out of stock, and you can then choose an alternative item or decide if you wish to proceed with your order.

All of the purchases made through Miju Miju take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the internet. Your payment details are kept in an encrypted format until we process your order.
